Tour the School: Dining and Physio room

Another social area, for eating mainly, but also for creative activities.

This is also the space where our newly formed Mother and Toddler group meets each Thursday morning.

The area furthest from the kitchen can be partitioned into a physio workout area.

Tour the School: Kitchen

This kitchen, is often one of the most social spaces, allows the pupils to develop skills in food technology. Each week, pupils are encouraged to cook their own lunch having brought in some ingredients.

Tour the School: Classroom

The focus on achieving a stimulating and engaging environment in which to learn is paramount.

Note the attention to detail in the design of the worksurfaces. We have opted to create social desk space which encourages communication between individuals (outer curves) whereas the inner curves promotes individual working space.

As you can see from the wall displays, these are bright and colourful, reflecting recent work in the pupils curriculum.
