Celebrating sailing successes at the Sailability Club, Frensham Ponds

Here are some photographs of the pupils at Frensham Ponds. This was the pupils last session on the water before we break for the Summer holiday. Just like the horseriding on Tuesday, and the Music performances, we invited parents along to watch the pupils sail.

The sailing sessions are part of the Physical Education curriculum and we recognise that our pupils are fortunate to have this opportunity to experience something different and learn new skills. Well done Amy, Dom, Dan and Jess.

We must also say a big thank you to the Sailability team who give of their time freely and without whom, this activity wouldn't be possible. Thank you.

Photographs supplied by Jessica's grandfather.

I was so proud of all of you on Thursday. It was a huge achievement to have a go at sailing on your own. Well done.

Hiya!

Just seen your sailing photo's. They are brill! :-) Looks like everyone enjoyed themselves, especially Jess... well done for having a go at sailing on your own ( I think it was you sailing in one of the pictures?!) I've also achieved a personal challenge last friday I completed my mile for HemiHelp (swimming), it was 80 lengths, it was very tough towards the end ... but I thought of you guys and thats what kept me going! :-) I thought if you can all achieve different things ... than I can and will do it! :-) Well Done again ... Keep it up! :-)

Oh by the way .... enjoy your last week at school but more importantly have a fab and fun summer break! :-)
