Vacancies at Stepping Stones School

Stepping Stones school started in September 2004 to provide a very specific education for young people with hemiplegia, one that promotes happiness, fulfillment, value and independence. The school has recently completed a highly successful Ofsted inspection. We provide high-quality learning and teaching for up to 25 students aged between 8-16 in class sizes of no more than 8. We offer an innovative and exciting curriculum for children with hemiplegia and associated special educational needs.

Science Specialist Teacher (part-time, permanent)

We are looking for energetic, innovative Science teacher to join our enthusiastic team. An interest in ICT will be an advantage and effective differentiation is essential. Your role will also include curriculum planning, student assessment and assisting in all aspects of developing the school.

If you are a qualified teacher, preferably with SEN experience, looking for a new challenge (part-time, eight to ten hours per week, times negotiable) we would be delighted to hear from you.
