We completed a mini zip line, much shorter and not as high at the big one, but allowed us all to have a go. We then spent the rest of the day in a large field, shooting paint balls at a target range, with ducks, buckets and targets. This was followed by archery and quad biking.

The photographs from Day 2 pretty much tells the story.

For those who might have missed them, photographs from Day 1.
/steppingstones/www/news/2006/07/25/paintball_archery_quad_bikes#comments /steppingstones/www/crss/node/142 News School Trip Thu, 27 Jul 2006 00:10:48 +0000 Jonathan Furness 142 at /steppingstones/www Day 1: Socialising, confidence and team building exercises at 3 Peaks Outdoor Pursuits Centre, Farnham /steppingstones/www/news/2006/07/25/3_peaks_outdoor_pursuits
As the the end of term nears, pupils from Stepping Stones, together with friends and other family members will be enjoying two days of activities at the 3 Peaks Outdoor Pursuits centre in Farnham.

Already, the pupils have achieved:

team building challenges, mental agility challenges

night line: blind-folded, using only the rope and a buddy to be guided along a set course

low ropes

high ropes and trapeze

zip line

Staff members, Sandy Seagrove and Jonathan Furness together with the 3 Peaks centre staff, Ray and Steve made sure the day was safe and enjoyed by everyone.

The photographs from Day 1 have already been put online.

Tuesday 25th July 2006, Day 1

The pupils now look forward to day 2, where they will be firing some arrows in archery, riding Quad bikes, and paint balling (though not at each other!)
/steppingstones/www/news/2006/07/25/3_peaks_outdoor_pursuits#comments /steppingstones/www/crss/node/141 News School Trip Tue, 25 Jul 2006 22:21:21 +0000 Jonathan Furness 141 at /steppingstones/www Pupils visited Thorpe Park as their end-of-term school trip /steppingstones/www/news/thorpe_park

Pupils from Stepping Stones school chose to visit Thorpe Park for their end-of-term trip.

Amy, Dom, Dan and Jessica accompanied by Julie, Carol, Sahar and Jonathan had a fantastic day and thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

Look at the photographs.
/steppingstones/www/news/thorpe_park#comments /steppingstones/www/crss/node/127 News School Trip Tue, 04 Jul 2006 23:18:19 +0000 Jonathan Furness 127 at /steppingstones/www Apple Store School Nights success /steppingstones/www/news/2006/06/06/apple_store_school_nights
Pupils at Stepping Stones school travelled to the Apple Store in London's Regent Street.
