They are brill! :-) Looks like everyone enjoyed themselves, especially Jess... well done for having a go at sailing on your own ( I think it was you sailing in one of the pictures?!) I've also achieved a personal challenge last friday I completed my mile for HemiHelp (swimming), it was 80 lengths, it was very tough towards the end ... but I thought of you guys and thats what kept me going! :-) I thought if you can all achieve different things ... than I can and will do it! :-) Well Done again ...
